Dr Mostert is the founder of MLS and holds a PHD in Economics and a MBA. He is a business acumen specialist and has developed the internationally renowned ComSIM Business Simulation with BTLS Business Thinking Styles programmes.
Karen holds an MBA in leadership as well as a healthcare degree from UOFS, and is Head of Programme Management at MLS. She is also a specialist consultant in business acumen, BTLS Business Thinking Styles and business coaching. Karen is currently busy with her PhD in leadership.
